On 1st August 2018, a knowledge sharing session on ‘Failure to Despatch Instruction(FDI)’ organized by Contract Performance Unit was held at Level 3, PNS Tower, Bangsar South where there were representatives from Energy Commission, Grid System Operator and Single Buyer. The objectives of the knowledge sharing session are to give opportunity to the participants to have better understanding on the Despatch Instruction (DI) process and the consequences of failure and sharing view between all participants on the operational issues with regard to the Despatch Instruction. The session ended with a productive Q&A session.
