  • Provide guidelines and principles of NEDA operation including bidding rules, information publication, scheduling and dispatch, settlement and dispute resolution

  • Supplementary to the Guidelines for Single Buyer Market and should be read in conjunction with the Guidelines for Single Buyer Market

  • The Guidelines for NEDA has been revised in November 2024 to cater for the Corporate Renewable Energy Supply Scheme (CRESS), Corporate Green Power Program (CGPP) and LSS participation.

NEDA Agreement
NEDA Agreement

A multilateral agreement that binds NEDA Participants to the Guidelines for NEDA

  • NEDA Framework Agreement

    • Make Guidelines for NEDA contractually enforceable between market participants

    • Executed between TNB and the first NEDA Participant

  • NEDA Deed of Accession

    • Allow subsequent parties to accede to NEDA Framework Agreement and become a NEDA party

    • Must be read together with the NEDA Framework Agreement

NEDA Connection Agreement
NEDA Connection Agreement
  • An agreement that specifies the Grid, Distribution and Grid System Operator’s technical requirements to facilitate the connection between NEDA Participants to the system

  • Signed between NEDA Participant & utility (TNB)
