NEDA Community Renewable Energy Aggregation Mechanism (CREAM)

The Malaysian government launched the Community Renewable Energy Aggregation Mechanism (CREAM) in March 2025 to further increase green electricity access in Malaysia. This programme, based on the principle of open grid access, enables the aggregation of rooftop spaces from residential premises for renewable energy generation to supply green electricity to local green consumers.
