Enterprise Management recently organised a challenge session on “Learning Journey” at Royale Chulan Damansara intending to streamline the “Learning Journey” for all SB staff. It is a one day session and attended by Chief Corporate Officer (CCO), COO (Chief Operation Officer), all Head of Units (HOU), HR Business Partner (HRBP) and manager/executive from each units. Each unit finalized and present their “Learning Journey” to CCO,COO, HOU and HRBP.
