HLPD was organized by Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water (KeTTHA), Energy Commission and TNB Fuel Services Sdn Bhd on 25 April 2018 in Putrajaya. En Abdul Malik Mohd Jaafar, COO of Single Buyer was one of the moderator during the HLPD. The primary objective of HLPD is to identify the policy options and recognize gaps in current practices and approaches to achieve stable coal supply and cleaner coal technologies in the region as well as hone in on the core elements of such policies that are pertinent to their efforts increase the image of coal.
